Dalpa, an AI agent specialist, announced on the 21st that it has supplied an AI-based monitoring solution to the newly introduced real-time chat community within Kiwoom Securities' mobile trading system (MTS) 'Youngwoongmun S#'.
On the 16th, Kiwoom Securities introduced a chat community on its "Youngwoongmun S#" platform, enabling real-time communication among investors while viewing stock charts and current prices. The nature of financial services, which generate large amounts of simultaneous traffic and require high levels of personal information and security, necessitates an AI-based real-time monitoring system.
Based on Kiwoom Securities' internal community operation guidelines, Dalpa has developed a system that analyzes user chat text in real time to determine whether it should be restricted. Messages requiring operational restrictions, such as abusive language, the spread of false information, and expressions that incite political or social conflict, are categorized by type, and the system is designed to identify abnormal messages within 1.5 seconds on average. The system utilizes a structure where AI automatically classifies messages first, followed by a secondary review by a dedicated operator, ensuring both accuracy and operational stability.
Furthermore, considering the high monthly user count of "Youngwoongmun S#," we implemented an asynchronous processing-based real-time API structure and auto-scaling infrastructure tailored to high-traffic environments with hundreds of concurrent chats per second. Even during peak traffic conditions, such as early in the day, service operation is seamless and uninterrupted, with an overall system error rate of less than 5%.
Through this, Kiwoom Securities has established a structure that allows AI to initially monitor vast chats, and then a dedicated operator to conduct a secondary review using the same standards. This has not only enhanced consistency in community operating standards but also improved operational efficiency.
