Noldam to record sales of 33 billion won by 2025

Foodtech company Join & Join's brand, Nuldam, announced that despite the economic downturn, it achieved its highest-ever performance, recording annual sales of 33 billion won in 2025. This represents a roughly 104% increase over the previous year.

This performance growth of Nuldam is analyzed as a result of the combined effects of increasing demand for meal replacement products in a high-price environment, quality competitiveness based on in-house research and development and production infrastructure, and balanced growth of online and offline distribution channels.

Considering the growing burden of dining out, we have been strengthening our product line of meal breads that can replace a full meal. This trend, aligned with the consumer trend of prioritizing both nutrition and taste, has led to increased sales, particularly among dieters and health-conscious consumers.

While existing flagship products like macarons, bagels, and cookies have established a stable sales base, recently launched high-protein, low-sugar products have emerged as new growth drivers. New products like cream buns, baguettes, and slabs, which feature higher protein content and lower sugar and calories, have resonated with consumers and contributed to the expansion of the product category.

Building on these achievements, Noldam aims to reach 80 billion won in sales by 2026 and plans to actively expand into the global market. The company emphasizes its strengths as its own domestic production facility and R&D infrastructure, enabling it to simultaneously secure product taste, ingredients, and price competitiveness through its direct production method.

Based on its food tech expertise focused on low-sugar, high-protein products, the company plans to expand its distribution channels, focusing on overseas markets with high demand for K-food and healthy foods, such as the U.S., Japan, and Singapore.
