MegaZone Cloud, an AI and cloud specialist, and DB Inc., an IT services affiliate of DB Group, announced that they have signed a strategic business agreement to support financial sector clients' AI transition. The signing ceremony took place on the 21st at DB Inc.'s headquarters in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and was attended by key representatives from both companies.
Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a collaborative system that combines on-premise and cloud capabilities, and jointly respond to the entire process from AI introduction to implementation and operation, tailored to the financial industry environment where security and stability are crucial.
DB Inc. leverages its IT service experience in the financial sector and its AI platform based on on-premise solutions to support stable system construction and AI adoption in hybrid environments. MegaZone Cloud will build the cloud environment necessary for AI service implementation, as well as provide operational management, monitoring, and optimization services.
Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to present an AI transformation model that takes into account the financial sector's regulatory environment and data security requirements, and to support financial customers in strengthening their digital competitiveness.
