Ribbon Car, a non-face-to-face, directly managed certified used car platform, announced that it was selected as the grand prize winner in the used car platform category of the '2026 Korea Brand Hall of Fame' in recognition of its quality verification system based on its direct management system and customer-centered service competitiveness.
Ribboncar is a non-face-to-face, directly managed certified used car platform operated by Autoplus, a group of used car experts with 26 years of experience. The company operates a direct management system, covering the entire process from vehicle purchase to inspection, sales, and after-sales service. This system enhances consistency and transparency in vehicle quality management.
Ribbon Car owns its own reconditioning center, RTC, which has received TÜV SÜD's Used Car Workshop Process Certification for six consecutive years. The center also received global certification for electric and hybrid vehicle maintenance, demonstrating its expertise in eco-friendly vehicle maintenance.
Vehicle inspections are conducted using Ribboncar's proprietary RQI vehicle quality standard, and inspection results are published on the website in the form of a vehicle-specific report. This allows customers to check vehicle condition information in advance and make informed purchasing decisions.
Ribboncar is working to improve the contactless used car transaction environment by offering customer-centric services such as an 8-day refund policy, a 180-day extended warranty, and non-face-to-face live consultations. In 2025, the company plans to rebrand itself and transform into a mobility brand.
The 'Korea Brand Hall of Fame' is an awards ceremony hosted by the Korea Institute for Industrial Policy Studies and sponsored by relevant ministries. It selects excellent brands through a comprehensive evaluation of management performance, brand value, and customer satisfaction.
