Jeju Center Completes Investment in AI Short-Form Video Planning Solutions Company Q2Cut

Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) announced on the 22nd that it has completed investment in Q2Cut (CEO Kim Hana), an AI-based short-form video planning solution company, through the 'Jeju Early Startup Incubation Fund' jointly operated with MY Social Company (MYSC).

Q2Cut analyzes proven short-form videos from major social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, providing an AI service that predicts which videos will be effective before production. The solution analyzes common patterns in video structure, presentation, tone, and manner to suggest planning and composition guidelines. It also continuously improves accuracy by incorporating performance data from actual posted videos into its learning process.

The Jeju Center evaluated Q2Cut's service as reducing the content planning burden for small business owners and small brands and highly likely expanding into AI services for businesses in the future. Jeju Center CEO Lee Byeong-seon stated, "Q2Cut is a competitive company that combines content and AI technology to provide data-driven video planning direction."

This investment is a case in which the technological prowess and business potential of Q2Cut, an early-stage startup discovered through the Jeju Center's preliminary startup package support project, was recognized, and was carried out through the 3.5 billion won non-metropolitan early-stage startup investment fund managed by the Jeju Center and MYSC.
