WiseAI Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Hyeong-seok) , an AI medical communication platform company, has signed a business agreement with TNH Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Pan-ho), a company specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) systems for dermatology, beauty, and plastic surgery, to expand AI solution integration and supply. The agreement was signed on December 5th.
Through this agreement, WiseAI's AI solution, "AiU," will be officially integrated with TNH's "VegasCRM," and will be distributed to approximately 1,800 hospitals nationwide. VegasCRM boasts a high market share and recognition, with approximately 45% of newly opened dermatology, beauty, and plastic surgery clinics adopting the solution. It provides integrated treatment, insurance claims, customer management, and marketing functions.
After integration, hospitals can immediately implement AI solutions with simple setup. Real-time integration of patient data and reservation systems is expected to enhance operational convenience. AU provides customized services, including 24-hour patient response, screening schedule guidance, and notifications for patients who miss appointments, minimizing customer churn and increasing readmission rates.
To celebrate the agreement, Wise AI is holding a 'Special Sign-up Promotion' that will provide discounts and prizes such as Shinsegae Department Store gift certificates or the latest iPad to the first 100 hospitals.
