At this event, Inhance unveiled its commerce OS and AI agent. The commerce OS is an operating system that integrates pricing, promotions, reviews, inventory, and channel data and supports AI-powered autonomous business decision-making. Based on LAM (Large Action Model) technology, Inhance's AI agent performs actions like clicking, scrolling, and typing, and handles tasks such as price optimization, promotion management, and review management in real time.
In particular, the ACT-2 engine collects and analyzes global data in real time and performs KPI-based optimization, enabling improved operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. In addition to participating in this exhibition, Enhance has opened a new office in San Francisco, marking its entry into the North American market. Going forward, the company plans to collaborate with global companies and expand the scope of its AI-based commerce automation solutions.
