
Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center held the '2025 Preliminary Startup Package Performance Sharing Meeting' at the Grand Chosun Hotel in Busan for two days from January 20th to 21st.
This performance sharing session was designed to provide an opportunity for startups participating in the Preliminary Startup Package support program to share their project results and assess their performance through expert evaluations. The goal was to foster collaboration among startups and provide expert feedback for future business advancement.
On the first day of the event, 11 companies participating in the Preliminary Startup Package presented their project achievements. The presentations were evaluated based on the background of the business idea's development, the appropriateness of project budget execution, achievement of deliverables, and future commercialization plans. The participating companies showcased products in a variety of technological and lifestyle-related fields, including AI-based healthcare, infectious disease prediction, smart farms, safety management platforms, edutech, food tech, and eco-friendly food manufacturing.
Next, a talk concert was held, focusing on the case of Mobility Lab, an excellent graduate of the Pre-Startup Package. Participants shared their experiences in the startup process and strategies for leveraging government support programs, and gained practical insights into the post-commercialization phase.
At the end of the event, a networking event was held between participating companies and stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and exchange information, strengthening connections within the startup ecosystem.
On the second day, a practical training program was held for aspiring entrepreneurs, covering topics such as understanding and utilizing artificial intelligence, the basics of prompting, and case studies of AI agent development. Through this program, participants deepened their understanding of the latest AI technology trends and business application strategies.
Since 2019, the Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center has been providing full-cycle support, including commercialization funding, mentoring, education, and performance management, to 191 prospective entrepreneurs through its pre-startup package.
