ControlM and Amoje Foods Sign MOU to Implement AI Store Operation Solutions

AI food tech company Control M (CEO Won Jong-kwan) announced on the 23rd that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with total restaurant culture company Amoje Food (Chairman Shin Hee-ho) and agreed to introduce the AI-based store operation solution 'RestoGenie'.

Amoje Food is a leading domestic concession company that operates various F&B brands such as Omutotomato, Hey Odri, and Cafe Amoje. Since the introduction of 'Marché' in 1996, it has continuously introduced new dining culture.

Under this agreement, ControlM will build an AI operating environment dedicated to Amoje and apply brand-specific LLMs that have learned each brand's store operation manuals, recipes, and customer response guides to Restogeni to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

In addition, a control dashboard that can comprehensively manage sales, cost, and customer review analysis across all Amoje business locations will be provided to support rapid decision-making. Data-based operational automation will also be implemented, including the identification of floating population and peak hours through CCTV analysis, efficient staffing, and automatic payroll and four major insurance calculations based on work schedules.

The two companies plan to conduct a three-month technical verification at Omutotomato Gangnam branch and Millions Incheon Airport T1 branch before sequentially introducing the technology to all stores.

ControlM CEO Won Jong-gwan said, “The restaurant industry relies heavily on skilled workers and has a complex cost structure, so improving operational structure through AI is important.” He added, “By combining Amoje Food’s 30 years of restaurant know-how with ControlM’s AI technology, we will present an AI model that can be applied even in large-scale restaurant environments.”
