Lameditech , a laser medical and beauty device specialist, and Raycell, a cosmetics specialist, announced on the 23rd that they have signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to expand their domestic and international distribution and sales network combining laser beauty devices and cosmetics.
Raycell, a subsidiary of KOSDAQ-listed Ray, specializes in cosmetics development, sales, and global operations. Ray, the parent company, is pursuing expansion into the beauty and aesthetics business, leveraging its accumulated technological prowess and global network in the dental and dermatological medical device sectors. This agreement is significant as a strategic collaboration that combines Lameditech's laser-based beauty device competitiveness with Ray Group's global business capabilities.
On January 23, 2026, the two companies signed a business agreement to collaborate on domestic and international distribution and sales, focusing on Lameditech's Puracell laser beauty device and Raycell's cosmetics. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly establish a total aesthetic solutions business model that links devices and cosmetics beyond the sales of individual products.
With this agreement, both companies plan to accelerate their expansion into overseas markets by leveraging their respective domestic and international distribution networks and global networks. Amidst growing demand in the global aesthetics market for integrated solutions that combine devices, consumables, and cosmetics to maximize treatment effectiveness and enhance the customer experience, this collaboration is expected to contribute to securing a stable, recurring revenue structure in the mid- to long-term.
Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate across a wide range of areas, including establishing joint business and mid- to long-term business plans, exchanging equipment and specialized personnel to respond to the global market, commercializing total aesthetic solutions, and other areas requiring mutual cooperation.
With this agreement, Lameditech plans to fully expand its laser-based beauty device business globally. Leveraging the global networks of Raycell and Ray Group, the company aims to increase its overseas sales and establish a foundation for sustainable growth. Raycell also plans to pursue differentiated business performance in overseas markets through aesthetic solutions that combine devices and cosmetics.
The two companies plan to gradually expand the scope of their cooperation based on future business performance and pursue joint growth in the global aesthetics market.
