AI solution specialist company Jimision (CEO Han Jun-seop) announced that it has been selected as a 2026 Youth Job Creation Powerhouse jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The Youth Employment Strong Small and Medium-sized Enterprises program is a government-certified program that selects small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a rigorous annual screening process that offer youth-friendly working environments, job security, wages, and welfare programs. This year, a total of 224 companies were selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of companies eligible for priority support nationwide, which included youth employment performance, compensation levels, organizational culture, and profit-generating capabilities.
With this selection, Jimmy Mission will receive various benefits from government support programs related to youth employment for three years, from January 2026 to December 2028. Key incentives include preferential treatment in government projects, bonus points for military service-designated companies, preferential interest rates from financial institutions, and exemption from regular tax audits.
Jimmy Mission is a leader in AI-based document and data automation technology. It has recently expanded its hiring of young people and operates a youth-led R&D and business development organization. The company has been highly praised for its well-being and growth-focused work environment, team-oriented culture of autonomous responsibility, and meaningful job opportunities that combine technology with social value.
Han Jun-seop, CEO of Jimision, said, “Creating a people-centered corporate culture, as well as technological innovation, is the key to sustainable growth,” and added, “We will continue to actively create an environment where young people can demonstrate their capabilities and take on challenges.”
