AI-based senior personal assistant service Dokbi announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with Hana Tour to develop a senior-tailored travel service.
Dokbi is an online personal assistant service for seniors operated by Rabbit and Toad. It supports a variety of everyday services, including search, purchase, reservation, booking, and recommendations. It operates as a combination of AI and human assistants. Users can submit their requests via chat, and the service provides personalized guidance based on their individual data, supporting them through the decision-making and payment processes.
Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to provide differentiated travel experiences for senior customers and pursue joint growth through long-term business cooperation. Specifically, they plan to combine Dokbi's accumulated travel data on senior users with Hana Tour's travel product planning and supply capabilities to deliver high-quality, customized travel services.
With this collaboration, both companies plan to gradually expand their collaboration to include senior-specific travel products, overseas travel services for corporate clients, domestic themed travel planning, and user-based travel itinerary management services. Through these efforts, they aim to strengthen their competitiveness in the senior travel market.
A Hana Tour representative stated that the collaboration between Hana Tour, with its travel expertise, and Dokbi, which combines AI and human services, is expected to provide customers with new travel experiences. Dokbi also stated that it plans to expand jointly planned products that meet the travel needs of senior customers and strengthen its role as a trust-based senior travel platform.
