AI and cloud company MegaZone Cloud (CEO Donghoon Yeom) announced on the 27th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MyData specialist Banksalad (CEO Taehoon Kim) to develop an AI agent.
This agreement outlines the two companies' collaboration to build a next-generation AI agent service for financial consumers. Combining data infrastructure and generative AI technology, the two companies plan to implement an AI agent service that will enable users to access more intuitive and personalized financial services.
MegaZone Cloud is responsible for building the cloud environment required for AI agent implementation, enhancing data infrastructure, and supporting AI and data analysis technologies. It also provides experience in building stable AI services that reflect the financial sector's security and regulatory requirements and governance systems. BankSalad leverages MegaZone Cloud's technological capabilities to strengthen the development of generative AI-based financial agents.
MegaZone Cloud CRO Hwang In-cheol said, “By combining our specialized financial AI capabilities with Banksalad’s data-driven hyper-personalized service capabilities, we will create an AI agent service that financial consumers can trust.”
