Kibo signs a business agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC) announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to jointly promote corporate public MyData services and will actively cooperate with the government's policies to improve administrative efficiency and ease the administrative burden on citizens.

This agreement was established to establish a cooperative system to stably establish and expand the corporate public MyData service, which was first introduced by the Technology Guarantee Fund in the public sector.

The Corporate Public MyData system, operated by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, is notable for expanding the scope of data subjects from individuals to include corporations and other businesses. This system allows businesses to electronically submit and utilize various administrative documents without requiring separate issuance procedures.

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation) has been continuously improving its system to enhance the effectiveness of corporate public MyData, reflecting the unique characteristics of the organization, with approximately 80% of its clients being corporations. The scope of public MyData usage has been expanded from individual businesses to include corporations, and the scope of its use, previously limited to technology guarantees and technology assessments, has been expanded to encompass guarantee-linked investments and technology transfers.

Additionally, the number of administrative documents eligible for submission has been expanded to 24 for individuals and 19 for corporations, enabling customized submissions tailored to each company's business type and procedures. This digital administrative innovation was recognized in December 2025 when the company won an Excellence Award at the Proactive Administration Best Practices Competition hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to continue their cooperation to support the stable operation of corporate public MyData and enhance the convenience of corporate access to policy financing.

Park Joo-sun, AI Chief Executive Officer of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTIC), stated that the company has been promoting digital administrative innovation through the introduction of corporate public MyData, and that the company will continue to strengthen cooperation with relevant organizations to expand the digital foundation to reduce the administrative burden on companies and increase accessibility to policy financing.
