SPSoft announced on the 28th that it has secured additional global big tech partnerships following Microsoft (MS) and has obtained Adobe VIP (Value Incentive Plan) MP (Marketplace) partner status.
Adobe VIP MP Partners have full distribution and management authority for Adobe products, including new contract signing, existing contract renewal, and additional license ordering for corporate customers. Customer accounts are managed by a specific reseller, resulting in a lock-in effect and stable revenue streams.
Adobe boasts a diverse product portfolio, including Photoshop and Illustrator. In particular, Creative Cloud has established itself as an industry standard in design, video, and content creation. More than 90% of its products are subscription-based, and VIP MP Partner status is automatically renewed, allowing for significant performance contributions.
SPSoft has partnerships with both Adobe and Microsoft, and holds the largest market share in the domestic Microsoft Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) distribution market. It is also currently operating a domestic licensing business for Microsoft's generative AI, "Copilot," which supports work efficiency through document creation and data organization using Microsoft 365.
The company stated that it plans to accelerate its conquest of the B2B software market with this partnership qualification, and to expand sales by supporting corporate customers' SW adoption decisions through the MS SW supply know-how and co-pilot linkage it has accumulated over many years.
An SPSoft official said, “This acquisition of Adobe VIP MP Partner status is the result of our technological prowess and know-how being recognized by a global big tech company,” and added, “Based on the partnership between Microsoft and Adobe, we will strengthen our position in the domestic B2B SW market and accelerate our performance growth.”
