Series Ventures Completes Seed Investment in AI-Based ERP Automation Company, SSYU.

Series Ventures announced that it has completed a seed investment in SYU, a startup developing a context-based AI agent automation system. The investment amount was undisclosed.

SYU offers an "ERP-independent intelligent RPA platform" that combines Large Language Model (LLM)-based natural language processing technology with an ERP integration engine. Unlike existing RPA solutions, which are tied to specific systems and incur high adoption costs, SYU lowers the barriers to digital transformation for small and medium-sized businesses through a standalone architecture that can be readily integrated in any environment.

In particular, AI agents analyze the context of work instructions delivered through non-standard channels such as KakaoTalk, text messages, and emails, automatically inputting and reporting them into ERP, preventing errors by over 99% compared to user input and saving over 20 hours of practical time per week.

Despite its early days, SYU has proven its profitability by securing references in diverse industries, including food distribution, manufacturing, and defense. This investment will be used to enhance its AI platform, "ERIGO," and for nationwide marketing efforts, with the goal of securing over 500 SaaS customers by 2026.

Series Ventures CEOs Park Jun-sang and Kwak Seong-wook praised SYU, saying, "They are a team that can solve the on-site labor shortages and system usage difficulties faced by SMEs. They have great potential to establish a leading position in the global smart work market." SYU CEO Shin Jeong-hwan stated, "We will set a new standard for SME digital transformation by creating an environment where anyone can complete management tasks simply by sending a message."
