Danacloud and Cocktail.io Sign Strategic Partnership

Next-generation data center specialist DanaCloud (CEO Mohammad Bahadin) and AI cloud native specialist Cocktail.io (CEO Lee Young-soo) announced on the 28th that they have signed a strategic partnership to support the cloud transition and operations of private small and medium-sized enterprises.

Danacloud provides modular data center design and managed cloud services, primarily in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and possesses rapid design and operational technologies in cloud, colocation, and edge computing.

Through this collaboration, the two companies will provide a bundled cloud service that integrates Danacloud's infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform, DanaIX, with Cocktail.io's application operations and automation platform, Cocktail Cloud Online. This will enable small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to reduce the burden of complex infrastructure operations and build an efficient and stable cloud environment.

The two companies will establish a comprehensive support system from a cloud operations and management service (MSP) perspective, enabling even customers lacking specialized personnel to safely manage overall cloud operations, including monitoring, fault response, and cost optimization. Specifically, for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) pursuing digital transformation, this will provide tangible benefits, including predictable cost structures, rapid deployment, continuous operational automation, and enhanced security.

New services combining the technological capabilities of both companies will also be sequentially introduced. Cocktail.io CEO Lee Young-soo stated, "Small and medium-sized businesses can now secure an enterprise-level cloud environment at a reasonable cost." Danacloud CEO Mohammad Bahadin stated, "By combining a stable IaaS infrastructure with a cloud-native platform, we can accelerate digital transformation."

The two companies plan to gradually pursue various cooperation models, including joint sales and marketing, technological integration advancement, and MSP package composition.
