This agreement aims to build a collaborative system that combines each company's technological prowess and industry-specific expertise to address the growing demand for AI transformation in industrial automation, smart cities, and the public and private sectors. The three companies plan to gradually pursue joint project planning, solution development, and sales and marketing collaboration.
Gmission is a company that provides AX solutions to the public, financial, and manufacturing sectors, leveraging various AI technologies such as AI document automation, data analysis, and image recognition. Building on its experience implementing solutions for over 300 domestic and international organizations, the company is currently expanding its business into the Southeast Asian market.
Beomho IT specializes in the construction and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. It provides information system construction services to public institutions and businesses nationwide. Recently, it has expanded its business into smart cities and security systems.
SL Global has been supporting the smart transformation and productivity improvement of the manufacturing industry, focusing on manufacturing industrial machinery and automation equipment, building and maintaining smart factories, and providing engineering services.
Through this agreement, the three companies plan to develop an integrated solution that combines AI technology with industrial application capabilities and begin commercialization, focusing on the public and industrial sectors.
