Waddle to Supply Conversational AI Agent 'Gentoo' to Barbershop

AI startup Waddle announced that it will supply its conversational AI agent solution, 'Gentu', to Ibale Shop, a domestic ballet equipment specialty shopping mall, and provide a real-time customer consultation service specialized in ballet equipment.

As the number of customers enjoying ballet as a hobby has increased, and the number of customers visiting the mall and inquiries has increased, Ibale Shop has introduced Gentoo to improve customer service efficiency.

Gentoo is characterized by its personalized product curation through a step-by-step process of questions. By sequentially examining various factors, including brand, purpose, age, gender, fit, and size, it concisely identifies customer needs and suggests products that best fit them. Reflecting the close-fitting nature of ballet apparel, it provides a size guide based on height and weight. Information that cannot be displayed on the details page is also provided during the inquiry process.

Gentoo is a multi-agent-based SaaS solution that identifies customers' purchasing intent and recommends products through conversations tailored to their purchase review stages in online shopping malls.
