Job Korea Changes Company Name to Worksphere

Job Korea (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon) celebrated its 30th anniversary by unveiling its new mission, "Worxphere," and announcing its mid- to long-term vision in response to the era of AI transformation (AX).

Job Korea unveiled its new mission and CI at its 30th anniversary conference, "JOBKOREA THE REBOOT," held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 29th, and formalized "AI career agent-centered platform transformation" as its core strategy to lead the next 30 years.

The new mission, Worksphere, combines the words "Work," "Experience," and "Sphere." It embodies the company's goal of redesigning all work-related experiences with AI and data to build a new work culture and ecosystem. Through this, JobKorea will transition from a platform focused on job matching to one that encompasses the entire career journey.

Job Korea proposed "Context Link" as the core concept behind these changes. Context Link comprehensively analyzes diverse contextual information, including an individual's history, capabilities, interests, and behavioral data, to more precisely connect people with jobs, information with opportunities. The idea is to create a hiring experience where job seekers are proactively suggested opportunities that are relevant to them, without having to search for job postings themselves.

Worksphere plans to reorganize existing services such as Job Korea, Albamon, Job Planet, Nine Hire, and Click into a single group system and expand into an HR tech ecosystem encompassing everything from regular and non-regular employee recruitment to corporate information, ATS, and foreigner recruitment.

On this day, Job Korea also unveiled two next-generation AI-based career agents, scheduled to be sequentially launched in the first half of 2026. "Talent Agent" is an inference-based, conversational talent search service for HR professionals. When a candidate enters the organization's situation and needs in natural language, the AI analyzes recruitment data and suggests suitable candidates. "Career Agent" is a hyper-personalized recommendation service for job seekers, proactively suggesting meaningful opportunities based on behavioral data.

Job Korea operated an "Experience Zone" at the conference, where visitors could experience AI career agents and next-generation recruitment services firsthand. The company also introduced UX/UI changes and AI-based personalized recommendation workflows. Furthermore, Job Korea and Albamon are also sequentially revamping their user experience to coincide with the introduction of AI agents.

Additionally, JobKorea plans to launch the "Hiring Center," an integrated business center for businesses, in the first half of 2026. This will provide job posting, applicant management, and recruitment performance analysis in a single environment, while also providing an HR experience that considers the post-hiring period by linking it with JobPlanet's company review data.

JobKorea currently boasts over 30 million cumulative members, and last year, the combined monthly active users (MAU) of JobKorea and Albamon reached 59.33 million. Since the advancement of AI recommendations, user retention time, match success rates, and corporate AI talent search service usage indicators have also shown increases.

CEO Yoon Hyun-jun said, "The hiring process is changing from a waiting process to an experience of receiving offers. Based on data and AI, Worksphere will expand the value of the entire career path so that both individuals and companies can make better choices."

Meanwhile, approximately 1,000 HR professionals and industry insiders attended the conference, which featured various sessions on global recruitment and HR trends in the AI era and data-driven recruitment strategies.
