Featuring (CEO Ji-Hoon Jang), a global SNS data analysis company, announced on the 29th that it was selected as a '2026 Youth Job Creation Powerhouse' jointly hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The Youth Job Creation Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises program was introduced in 2016 to improve young people's perception of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as youth employment retention and growth rates, compensation and benefits, and profit-generating capabilities. This year, a total of 224 companies were selected.
Featuring received full marks for youth employment growth, youth worker ratio, flexible work arrangements, and special leave support. It also received high marks for profit-generating capacity, percentage of full-time employees, welfare facilities, learning and culture, and innovation capabilities. This selection will allow the company to receive benefits such as preferential financial, financial, and tax audits for youth employment-related government support projects over the next three years, as well as employment stability incentives.
Featuring has consistently participated in youth job experience support programs and university-linked internship programs, focusing on expanding the practical experience of young talent. Internships have achieved a conversion rate of over 80% to full-time employment, and the company also supports young talent in R&D projects selected by Scaleup Tips and in its own AI model advancement process.
CEO Jang Ji-hoon stated, “Our efforts to foster young talent have led to this selection,” and added, “We plan to continue to strengthen our employee benefits and expand our youth talent development programs.”
