
Jober announced that it has been selected as an official supplier for the ‘Small Business Personnel and Labor Management System Establishment Support Project’ hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
This program supports small businesses with fewer than 30 employees by providing government funding to introduce high-quality private human resources management platforms. Each company will receive up to 1.8 million won in support. The program aims to strengthen the labor management capabilities of small businesses and protect worker rights.
Jaber provides a KakaoTalk-based human resources and labor management service. It's designed to handle key functions, including attendance management, annual leave management, electronic employment contract execution, payroll information, and notices, all through a single message, without the need for separate software installation. Its automatic calculation of annual leave accrual dates, usage history checks, and remaining leave notifications reduce the burden of managing annual leave usage.
Jaber's key features include: sending and concluding electronic employment contracts based on KakaoTalk notifications; mobile attendance tracking; automatic attendance calculation; automatic calculation and use management of annual leave; sending pay slips; and automatic notification of government support programs. Furthermore, read confirmation, automatic reminders, and survey/consent collection functions minimize missed HR-related communications and intuitively support compliance with legal obligations such as the 52-hour workweek, employment contract signing, pay slip issuance, and annual leave management.
A Jaber representative stated, “Small businesses often hesitate to make the digital transformation due to the difficulty of system implementation,” and added, “Jaber’s strength lies in lowering the barrier to entry by leveraging the existing KakaoTalk environment.”
Small businesses selected through government-supported projects can utilize Zaber's services with subsidies, enabling rapid implementation without any additional initial setup costs. Zaber plans to further enhance the automation of human resources management for small businesses by enhancing AI-based human resources data analysis, annual leave usage prediction notifications, automatic reminders, and labor risk alerts.
