Klook Hosts 2026 Partner Awards

Klook, a global accommodation, transportation, and activity booking platform, held the '2026 Klook Partner Awards' on the 29th at the Emerald Hall of the Shilla Hotel's Yeongbingwan in Seoul to share the achievements made with its Korean tourism industry partners and explore future directions for cooperation.

Approximately 110 key partners from the Korean tourism industry attended the event, where Klook and its partners shared market trends and data from the past year and discussed ways to collaborate for the continued growth of the Korean tourism industry.

In the attractions sector, Lotte World and Everland participated, while in the transportation sector, AREX, the Korea Express Bus Association, T-money Mobility, and Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) participated. In the accommodation and distribution sector, partners from various industries participated, including Minda, Olive Young, and Hyundai Department Store.

Broadcaster Hong Seok-cheon, who is the advertising model for Klook's Japanese hotel campaign and host of the YouTube content 'Emergency Annual Travel', also attended the event that day.

The event began with opening remarks from Klook Korea Country Manager Lee Jun-ho and a welcoming address from Seoul Tourism Foundation CEO Gil Ki-yeon. In his opening remarks, Lee emphasized the trust and cooperation of partners as the foundation for Klook's growth in the Korean market, emphasizing that partners are key partners in Klook's growth.

Next, Klook Business Development Team Leader Moon Yong-soo shared market insights based on inbound and outbound data, introducing evolving travel demand and platform strategies. Kwon Tae-il, a senior research fellow at the Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, delivered a special lecture titled "Understanding Korean Tourism Through Data," analyzing inbound tourism trends and tourism market trends.

The final session featured a panel discussion featuring Klook Creators, travel influencers active in the US, Australia, and the Philippines. The panelists shared Korean travel trends and content preferences from the perspective of international travelers.

Klook Korea Country Manager Lee Jun-ho said, “Klook is a platform that connects travelers from around the world with Korean tourism content, and we place the highest value on growing together with our partners,” adding, “We will continue to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the Korean tourism industry through various partnerships with Korean companies.”
