The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation held a briefing session on the 2026 Startup Leap Package.

The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Won-kyung Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) announced that it held a business briefing session for the 2026 Startup Leap Package (General Type) at the Pangyo Startup Zone on the 29th and concluded the event.

This briefing session introduced the key elements of the 2026 Startup Leap Package Project, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, and was designed to facilitate understanding for startups in the leap-forward phase. Approximately 100 people, including startups in their third to seventh year of operation, attended the event.

The Startup Jump Package is a program designed to support the expansion of startups in the growth phase. Selected companies will receive up to 200 million won in commercialization funding. Additionally, acceleration programs tailored to each company's needs, including global expansion, collaboration with large corporations, and investment attraction, will be offered.

The Gyeonggi Innovation Center has achieved success by producing a CES Best Innovation Award winner through customized acceleration programs for companies participating in the 2025 Startup Leap Package. This is considered to be strengthening its competitiveness as a global unicorn startup hub.

An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said that they expect this project to help startups establish a stable operating foundation and pursue sustainable growth, and that they plan to continue supporting startups in their growth phase to strengthen their global competitiveness.

Companies wishing to apply for the 2026 Startup Leap Package (General) can apply through the K-Startup website until 4:00 PM on February 13th. Detailed information can be found on the official websites of K-Startup and the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation.
