Mediana projects sales of KRW 64.8 billion and operating profit of KRW 5.7 billion in 2025, a threefold increase in operating profit compared to the previous year.

Mediana, a subsidiary of Selvas AI, announced its 2025 annual results. Consolidated sales reached 64.8 billion won, and operating profit reached 5.7 billion won. Sales increased 13% year-over-year, and operating profit soared 339%. In the fourth quarter of 2025, sales reached 19.1 billion won, and operating profit reached 1.67 billion won, representing a 36% year-over-year increase in sales.

The company cited factors contributing to the improved performance, including segmentation of targets by global market, generational changes in key products, and improved cost structure through internalization of medical consumable manufacturing.

By business segment, the patient monitoring device (PMD) division achieved record sales, growing by over 60% due to increased demand for North American products. The automated external defibrillator (AED) division saw its European sales share increase to approximately 65%, driven by increased sales of its flagship model, the A16. The vascular catheter (VAD) division saw sales nearly quadruple compared to 2021, improving profitability through internalized manufacturing.

Mediana is strengthening its product competitiveness and expanding exports based on its medical device development and manufacturing capabilities. It also operates ODM and OEM businesses targeting global partners, maintaining a stable sales structure.

As a new business, we are pursuing an integrated wired and wireless monitoring solution. This integrated platform combines existing wired patient monitoring devices with wireless wearable devices, integrating hospital-wide wired equipment, wireless electrocardiograms, and fall detection data into a single operating system. Just ten business days after launch, we signed a contract with a general hospital to supply wearable electrocardiograms.

“The 2025 performance shows that profitability improvement is in full swing,” said Kwak Min-cheol, CEO of Mediana. “In 2026, we plan to expand our business centered on wired and wireless integrated monitoring solutions, a new lineup of patient monitors, and new products for powered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ACM) devices.”
