AI semiconductor startup Rebellion announced on the 3rd that it has signed a business agreement with patent AI vertical company Workintelligence to pursue collaboration in global patent AI innovation and AI business development.
This agreement is a strategic collaboration aimed at simultaneously securing high-performance, low-power, cost-effective, and stable operating environments in a situation where demand for patent AI services, such as patent search, analysis, and summarization, is increasing due to the spread of generative AI.
The two companies plan to jointly pursue a patent AI service that can be immediately applied in practice while safely processing corporate technical documents by combining WortIntelligence's patent-specific LLM model and AI Ready Data with Rebellion's high-performance, low-power NPU AtomMax-based AI infrastructure.
With the integration of WortIntelligence's patent-specific AI model into Rebellion's infrastructure, a full-stack package integrating AI models, data, and infrastructure is now available for on-premises environments. This allows security-conscious companies to reliably operate patent-specific AI even in closed network environments.
The two companies will establish a collaborative system that spans everything from technology integration review to commercial packaging, enabling companies that have struggled with infrastructure construction and operation to adopt patented AI in a single, seamless experience. Through this, they aim to strengthen the domestic technology-based full-stack AI ecosystem and accelerate their entry into the global patented AI market, including Japan.
