The workshop was designed to address the rapidly changing global AI industry environment, expand its North American market share, and support clients' AI transitions.

At the workshop, the company presented "execution and innovation" as its key keywords and shared three key priorities for 2026. Key priorities include: ▲ accelerating the adoption of enterprise-grade generative AI; ▲ strengthening the localization of OpsNow, its AI-based cloud management platform, in the North American market; and ▲ advancing the AI MSP (Managed Service Provider) model optimized for the North American customer environment.

The event also featured an "AI Hackathon," where participants presented and discussed ideas for AI-powered business improvements, operational efficiency, and new work approaches. This event explored the potential for integrating AI into internal operations.
