Rex Innovation, an integrated energy solutions company, announced on February 2 that it signed industry-academic cooperation agreements with Mokpo Technical High School and Naju Technical High School, respectively, and will strengthen its field-centered talent development system linked to the region.
This agreement aims to link school education with the needs of businesses, providing students with industrial experience and career planning opportunities, and expanding the workforce pool for local businesses. Through this agreement, Rex Innovation plans to expand its educational programs, including field trips, field training, and industry experiential learning, while also providing practical curriculum consulting and job analysis support.
In particular, we have established a system to recruit outstanding local talent from among prospective graduates and alumni, and to promote recruitment of a certain number of employees annually. This system aims to clearly establish a pathway from education, training, and employment, thereby fostering the integration of local youth and addressing the workforce mismatch in the industrial sector.
The company stated that through this agreement, it plans to expand the industry-academia cooperation model in which schools, businesses, and regions grow together, focusing on Mokpo and Naju, and to contribute to the cultivation of practical talent in the new energy industry and the creation of local jobs.
