Platior Completes Patent Application for AI/DX Solution "Zensor"

Platier (CEO Sanghoon Lee), an AI/DX solution specialist, announced on the 5th that it has completed a patent application for the core technology of its solution 'genser' and is actively pursuing a GEO (generative engine optimization) strategy to respond to the spread of generative AI and the 'zero-click' environment of the e-commerce market.

Zencer goes beyond simple search functionality to become an AX solution that redesigns the inflow and conversion of corporate online stores within a generative AI and search agent environment. Through this patent application, Platior has technically proven its GEO strategy, which increases the visibility and adoption of content and products in an AI search environment.

Platior has developed proprietary technology that analyzes customer search intent and automatically converts it into "AI Comments," optimized content favored by external AI search engines. Zencer analyzes user query intent and context to automatically generate context-based, statistical, and evidence-based content, supporting GEO strategies that increase brand citations and secure AI traffic.

Additionally, Zenser has built an "intelligent data pipeline" that automatically structures unstructured image data on product detail pages. Combining OCR (optical character recognition) technology and vector embedding, it extracts and structures product features within images, transforming unstructured data into marketing assets without requiring separate resources.

“This patent application is a result of research and development aimed at presenting technological standards for e-commerce companies to advance in the rapidly changing AI search environment,” said Lee Sang-hoon, CEO of Platier. “Based on our proprietary technology, we will support our clients in transforming the changing environment into growth opportunities.”

Currently, Zenser is available as a cloud-based SaaS for major e-commerce and brand companies, enabling immediate implementation without the need for large-scale infrastructure. This allows customers to shorten implementation times and leverage the latest AI technologies with minimal operational resources.
