Wanted Lab and Gyeonggi Job Foundation Sign MOU to Promote Global Recruitment

Wanted Lab announced on the 5th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation to promote global recruitment. The agreement aims to establish a collaborative system between the two companies to support domestic employment for highly qualified foreign talent and expand the global reach of Koreans seeking overseas employment.

In response to the increasing number of companies entering the global market and the worsening shortage of domestic workers, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation has been operating the 'Gyeonggi Foreigner Job Support Center' since 2025, providing specialized employment support services to foreign job seekers and companies hiring foreign workers.

This agreement will integrate Wanted Lab's AI-based recruitment platform, corporate network, and matching expertise with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's foreign employment support system. Wanted Lab plans to leverage the bilingual talent data accumulated through its "Wanted Global Membership" to improve the accuracy of matching between foreign job seekers and hiring companies.

The two companies will jointly promote various global recruitment events and networking programs, including the global job conference "Career Exchange." Furthermore, to support Korean nationals' overseas expansion, they plan to hold a job fair leveraging their local Japanese corporate network in conjunction with the Gyeonggi Job Foundation's "Gyeonggi Youth Overseas Expansion (Japan)" project. They also plan to continue exploring ways to expand their employment support to key overseas markets, including the US and Europe.

Yoon Deok-ryong, CEO of the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, said, "The combination of our two companies' expertise and infrastructure is expected to produce substantial synergy effects in revitalizing global recruitment.
