Sunik Systems has successfully secured orders for large-scale OLEDoS mass production equipment and is expanding its share of the global XR market.
Sunik Systems announced on the 5th through a public notice that it had signed a contract with China's Anhui Hongxi Weixian Technology to supply deposition equipment for mass production of OLEDoS displays worth approximately 20.576 billion won.
OLEDoS, a technology that achieves ultra-high resolution by depositing organic materials on silicon wafers, is considered a key display for next-generation AR and XR devices. Sunik Systems is one of the few companies capable of supplying deposition equipment for mass production of OLEDoS in the global market, and this contract once again demonstrates its competitiveness in high-difficulty process technology.
The contract runs until September 15th of this year, and is expected to improve performance through sales reflection within a short period. While maintaining a stable sales structure based on its existing large-scale OLED deposition equipment, Sunik Systems is expanding its presence in high-value-added new businesses, including OLEDoS, next-generation solar cells, and AR smart glasses.
Sunik Systems said that as the global XR device launch expands, demand for OLEDoS equipment is increasing, and that the company plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the relevant market through proactive technological response.
