Short-form commerce marketing company witU (CEO Jaeseung Cha) held a New Year's party with its creators and shared its business direction and strategy for 2026.

On January 31st, WitU held its "2026 WitU New Year's Party LOVE ON TOP" at the Mondrian Seoul Itaewon Hotel in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by 70 WitU creators, along with executives, staff, and key stakeholders, who reflected on the past year's achievements and shared their vision and operational plans for the future.

This year's New Year's party was designed to summarize key achievements for 2025 and share WitU's goals for 2026 and its direction for shared growth with creators. The event program, comprised of networking and presentation sessions, panel discussions, and an awards ceremony, focused on expanding networking among creators.

The presentation session focused on the changes and growth opportunities in the global short-form market, as well as WitU's mid- to long-term strategy. WitU's core strategies for 2026 included enhancing its short-form creator business, strengthening its creative and media solutions competitiveness, bolstering its AI transformation capabilities, and expanding its global business. Specifically, to address the growing demand for global short-form commerce, particularly among K-beauty brands, the company plans to pursue a global expansion strategy, including the establishment of overseas subsidiaries.

To strengthen the creator ecosystem, WitU also announced plans to introduce a membership system that reflects growth stage and expertise. This system aims to foster an environment where creators can continue to work and develop their capabilities over the long term.

Additionally, we plan to strengthen our organizational competitiveness by recruiting specialized personnel and enhance our support system connecting creators and brands to respond to the evolving short-form commerce market.
