Freewillin Hosts Webinar on Customized Math AI Courseware for K-12 Teachers

Edtech startup Freewillin (CEO Kwon Ki-seong) announced that it will be holding a free webinar for elementary, middle, and high school teachers on February 10th and 12th at 7 PM on the topic of 'Schoolflat', a school-tailored math AI courseware, and recruiting participants.

This webinar, titled "Trends in Personalized Math Learning as Seen by Contest Winners," will focus on the teaching challenges teachers face in the classroom, including learning gaps and fundamental academic skills. Key topics include practical educational issues, such as how to manage classes with significant learning gaps, strategies to supplement fundamental academic skills, and ways to reduce the burden of preparing teaching materials.

The lecture will be given by Ahn Ik-jae, a teacher at Songjeong Elementary School in Gwangju, winner of the first Math AI Courseware Schoolplat Utilization Case Contest. Ahn is an outstanding instructor at the KERIS Knowledge Spring EduTech program and is actively involved in expanding digital education, including as a member of the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education's AI Future Support Team and in charge of operating the Digital Leading School.

The webinar will share a case study of a class that achieved zero student underachievement on academic achievement assessments, along with operational know-how designed to ensure all students grow together, even in classrooms with significant learning gaps. The webinar will also showcase a case study of how AI-based math courseware seamlessly integrated into the classroom flow minimized the teacher's workload.

This webinar is free and open to any teacher interested in math instruction, regardless of whether or not they use Schoolplat. The program focuses on real-world case studies, allowing even teachers without prior experience using edutech to participate. Those who pre-register will receive a link to the webinar and detailed instructions.

School Flat officials said that this webinar focused on sharing real-world concerns and solutions in the classroom, and that it would serve as a reference for teachers who want to reduce the burden of class preparation while increasing learning effectiveness.

Meanwhile, all webinar participants who complete the mission will receive a snack box and a one-month free subscription to Schoolflat. There will also be raffle prizes, including a robot vacuum cleaner and support for creating customized classroom materials. Webinar registration is available online via the Schoolflat website blog.
