Whipples Signs Business Agreement with Entwizsoft

ESG solution startup Whipples (CEO Song Min-young) and e-commerce infrastructure middleware specialist Entwizsoft (CEO Yoo Cheol-woong) announced on the 4th that they signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) to build an ESG-based digital ecosystem and take the lead in the Green Web Tech market.

This agreement was pursued to address the growing need for carbon reduction across the digital industry and the growing demand from public institutions and companies to incorporate ESG values from the platform development stage. Recognizing the growing need for web and platform development methods that consider ESG factors, the two companies agreed to strengthen cooperation on related technologies and services.

Green Web Tech, proposed by both companies, is an ESG-based development and operation approach that optimizes data transmission and system resource usage during website and platform construction, thereby improving carbon emissions and power consumption indicators. This approach aims to reduce the environmental impact of digital services.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to operate an integrated consortium model that combines Weplz's ESG planning, design, and front-end capabilities with Entwizsoft's e-commerce infrastructure and back-end development technology. Based on this, the company aims to secure market competitiveness by offering differentiated solutions that combine ESG factors with a competitive cost structure compared to existing large system integration (SI) providers.

Whipples CEO Song Min-young expressed her expectation that this collaboration will accelerate the implementation of ESG-focused digital value. Entwizsoft CEO Yoo Cheol-woong said that development capabilities incorporating ESG elements will enhance competitiveness in new markets.
