The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Han Sung-sook) announced on the 5th that it held an expert meeting to promote the ‘Everyone’s Startup Project.’
This meeting was organized to share the direction of the "Everyone's Startup Project," which aims to usher in an era of national entrepreneurship, and to gather input from experts in the field. This project is a platform for discovering entrepreneurial talent through idea contests, combining a step-by-step incubation program with an audition-style competitive program.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to discover approximately 5,000 innovative entrepreneurs through this project and systematically support the entire startup process, including mentoring with experienced entrepreneurs, providing AI solutions, step-by-step commercialization funding, and connecting with investment through matching with excellent startup organizations.
The meeting discussed the project's promotion system and step-by-step operation methods, and participants presented various opinions on topics such as establishing a fair startup talent evaluation system, strengthening private investment links, and revitalizing the local startup ecosystem.
Based on the opinions gathered at this meeting, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to enhance the project's completion rate and strengthen cooperation between the government, entrepreneurs, investors, and startup support organizations.
