Techville Education (CEO Lee Hyeong-se), an AI and digital education company, announced on the 6th that it held a founding ceremony on the 5th to commemorate its 25th anniversary.
This anniversary ceremony included awards for long-term employees and the Techville Corporate Culture Award, sharing of the 2026 vision and mid- to long-term business direction, and a special lecture by a current teacher.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, CEO Lee Hyeong-se outlined his vision for the company: to leap forward as a public education-based AI and digital education company. He announced his plan to build an AI and digital education environment usable in public education settings, leveraging the specialized public education data and technology accumulated over the past 25 years, as well as the trust and network with teachers.
Starting in 2026, Techville Education plans to focus on advancing AI technology and content for practical application in public education settings. Beyond simple technology adoption, the plan is to understand the context of teachers and students' classes and pursue a strategy of gradual expansion tailored to the field.
Teacher training, centered around the flagship brand, Teacherville, a teacher training platform, will also be enhanced with AI. The company plans to strengthen its learning analytics capabilities and provide personalized training recommendations based on teachers' experience, interests, and classroom environments. Furthermore, it plans to expand training content that reflects key topics required in public education, such as AI-powered education, digital ethics, and the safe use of AI.
Furthermore, Techville Education plans to expand its public education-based AI services to support teacher growth through "MyClass," an AI agent service that understands teachers. It also plans to continuously expand its collaboration with education offices, schools, and public institutions, linking policy initiatives with teacher training and customized digital education for schools.
On the technology front, we will gradually pursue research and development of AI agent technology that can reduce the workload of teachers and schools, including learning analysis, content recommendation, and administrative support, centered around the company-affiliated AI Digital Education Research Institute.
