NC AI Signs Business Agreement with Communication & Culture

NC AI, an industry-specific AI company, announced on the 6th that it signed a business agreement with Communication & Culture to leverage AI technology for content production and business efficiency. The signing ceremony took place at NC AI's headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including NC AI CBO Lim Su-jin and Communication & Culture CEO Maeng Seo-hyun.

This agreement aims to identify practical use cases for AI technology within the rapidly evolving fashion market trends and marketing landscape, and to validate these as applicable technology models for real-world business applications. Specifically, the primary goal is to improve efficiency and enhance competitiveness across all aspects of marketing, from content creation to performance analysis.

Communication & Culture is a brand commerce company with accumulated sales of over KRW 150 billion, based on its fashion and lifestyle D2C business. Drawing on accumulated member data from approximately 600,000 individuals and the marketing execution capabilities accumulated through brand operations, the company operates an AI marketing agent called "Leadup," supporting data-driven decision-making and marketing automation.

Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly identify use cases for AI-powered marketing and business content creation and jointly verify the quality, efficiency, and practical applicability of AI-based content. This will aim to improve inefficiencies in existing marketing and business processes and create an environment that enables faster and more flexible production of high-quality content.

NC AI is expanding industry-specific AI technologies applicable to diverse industries, including manufacturing, logistics, and content. Beyond providing general-purpose AI models, the company is pursuing a strategy of supporting business innovation through customized solutions that reflect the unique data and processes of each industry.

In this collaboration, NC AI will actively utilize its own service, "Barco Art Fashion," specialized in the fashion domain. Barco Art Fashion is a solution equipped with image creation and design support capabilities tailored to the fashion industry, and has already been implemented and utilized by numerous fashion companies.

The two companies will focus specifically on developing a commerce-specific process that will enable fashion sellers to easily and quickly create and distribute high-quality content. They plan to leverage Barco Art Fashion's high-resolution image generation and virtual model synthesis capabilities to directly produce product pictorials and social media advertising content, and they plan to establish AI collaboration guidelines optimized for real-world commerce environments.

This agreement, which combines NC AI's industry-specific AI technology with Communication & Culture's marketing execution expertise, is expected to present a new model that allows brands to secure high-quality content without production process constraints and connect it to marketing performance.

NC AI CBO Im Su-jin stated, “NC AI’s direction is to apply AI based on actual work in industrial settings,” and “Through this agreement, we will continue to create practical cases that incorporate AI into content production and marketing across the fashion industry.”

“Our goal is to help Korea’s leading brands become competitive in the global market and empower key corporate talent to focus on more strategic tasks,” said Maeng Seo-hyun, CEO of Communication & Culture. “We will continue to grow into a company that spreads positive influence around the world.”
