Ma Teng-kim receives a commendation from the Minister of Foreign Affairs for his contribution to the official sponsorship of the 2025 APEC Summit.

Domestic leading brand incubator Hagohouse announced on the 9th that its investment brand Matin Kim received the Minister of Foreign Affairs Award in recognition of its contribution to the successful hosting of the '2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit' and its contribution to elevating the status of K-fashion.

Last October, Matin Kim was selected as the first Korean fashion brand to serve as an official sponsor for the 2025 APEC Summit. During the event, the brand provided card wallets and canvas bags to event staff from various countries, showcasing the design competitiveness and marketability of Korean fashion brands on the international stage.

The on-site response to the event also led to subsequent results. Global visitors and key media representatives wore Matin Kim products and cited the brand as a prime example of K-fashion, creating a natural promotional effect. Furthermore, tangible results were reported, including increased sales of related product lines at major flagship stores in Seongsu and Myeongdong.

Hagohouse evaluated that this sponsorship significantly strengthened Matin Kim's global recognition. Going forward, the company plans to leverage its brand incubation capabilities to continue promoting the overseas expansion and global competitiveness of K-fashion brands, including Matin Kim.
