Plantinet and Herings Partner to Develop a Family-Friendly Integrated Care Service Platform

IT solutions specialist Plantinet announced on the 9th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with digital healthcare company Herrings to develop a family peace-of-mind integrated care service platform.

Through this agreement, Plantinet plans to integrate its digital safety service with Herings' customized nutrition and lifestyle management solutions for cancer patients, establishing an integrated family care service. Based on technological collaboration, the two companies will pursue the development of an advanced service platform encompassing digital safety management and healthcare functions.

The family peace of mind integrated care service platform currently in development includes a digital peace of mind solution that provides real-time alerts and blocking of voice phishing, smishing, harmful content, and malicious apps. It also includes safety management features such as location sharing among family members and fall alerts. Furthermore, the platform aims to provide integrated healthcare management functions for cancer patients, including personalized diet recommendations, medication and symptom records, and treatment schedule management.

Herings' personalized nutrition and lifestyle management solution offers cancer patients an optimized diet after discharge based on meal records and nutritional analysis, and supports comprehensive management of symptoms, medications, and treatment schedules.

Plantinet is also exploring ways to integrate this integrated care service with telecommunications carriers so that all family members can share it. Specifically, it plans to expand into a family care service encompassing all generations, with a focus on the safety and health of seniors, including discharged cancer patients.

Based on its experience building IT solutions in telecommunications, public, and private sectors, Plantinet has been diversifying its business portfolio. This agreement marks the beginning of a new family care business. The company is also pursuing the integration of additional services, including dementia self-diagnosis and prevention solutions.
