
SK Networks subsidiary Incross announced its preliminary Q4 2025 earnings on the 9th, stating that it had significantly improved its annual and quarterly profitability. Based on consolidated financial statements, Q4 sales were KRW 16.955 billion and operating profit was KRW 3.617 billion, representing a 0.8% year-on-year decrease in sales but a 9.7% increase in operating profit. Net income for the period increased by 43.4% to KRW 3.566 billion.
The annual cumulative performance for 2025 was KRW 50.49 billion in sales, KRW 11.512 billion in operating profit, and KRW 11.986 billion in net profit, which were increases of 3.4%, 14.8%, and 23.1% year-on-year, respectively, achieving both external and qualitative growth.
By business division, advertising revenue slightly decreased to KRW 177.2 billion in the fourth quarter. However, year-over-year, revenue increased by 6.6% to KRW 530.6 billion and sales by 4.7% to KRW 41.772 billion. Subsidiary Mindnock achieved KRW 2.592 billion in fourth-quarter sales, a 61% year-over-year increase, driven by increased demand for search advertising and content production.
The commerce business recorded KRW 43.264 billion in transaction volume and KRW 2.083 billion in sales in the fourth quarter, driven by increased transactions through "T-Deal" and "Hyundai Shop." Cumulative annual sales reached KRW 7.562 billion, a 6.7% year-over-year increase. Stellarize, an AI-based content marketing platform, is also expanding its advertiser base with a revamped home screen and the launch of new product placement (PPL) products.
Son Yoon-jung, CEO of Incross, said, “Despite the difficult external environment, we improved profitability by strengthening the competitiveness of our core business and creating synergies with our subsidiaries,” and added, “In 2026, we will provide differentiated customer value by combining AI marketing technology with search advertising and commerce businesses, and solidify our market leadership.”
