DLG Law Corporation (CEOs Wonhee Cho and Heechul Ahn) announced on the 10th that it will participate as an official premium service partner of 'Listing', an M&A platform operated by Deep Search (CEO Jaeyoon Kim), and provide professional legal due diligence services.
This collaboration is part of DeepSearch's new listing premium service, and aims to enhance the safety of M&A transactions by combining the legal expertise of DLG Law Firm with an efficient deal matching system utilizing artificial intelligence technology.
Listing Premium's unique feature is its AI-powered solution for the small and medium-sized M&A market, which has historically been difficult to access due to high labor costs. The service aims for a hybrid AI-human structure, with AI agents automating initial tasks such as property discovery, teaser note writing, and buyer matching, while specialized personnel are deployed for in-depth consulting and due diligence.
DL Law Firm, responsible for the legal due diligence for this service, is a law firm ranked high on domestic M&A legal advisory league tables. It has accumulated expertise in a wide range of areas, including M&A, acquisition financing, and corporate restructuring, focusing on startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. DL Law Firm will leverage its accumulated practical experience to analyze the value of technology companies and assess potential legal risks during the transaction process.
Customers using the Listing Premium service will receive a one-stop solution covering the entire M&A process, including private deal sourcing, advertising, financial due diligence, legal due diligence, escrow services, and value-up of the selling company.
Ahn Hee-chul, a representative attorney at DL Law Firm, said that the firm is now able to provide specialized legal services for small and medium-sized M&A transactions, and that he will support the successful completion of transactions by combining Listing’s data technology with DL Law Firm’s advisory capabilities.
Meanwhile, Listing has grown into an M&A platform with over 1,000 live deals since its launch in 2024, and aims to reach KRW 100 billion in transaction volume this year. Through this partnership, DeepSearch plans to strengthen Listing's expertise and expand the M&A market based on a transparent success fee system.
