Stress Solutions Signs MOU with Fine Tree Global Institute

Stress Solution (CEO Bae Ik-ryeol), an AI digital healthcare company, officially announced on the 6th a business agreement signed with Fine Tree Global Institute, located in Los Angeles, USA, for collaboration on healthcare solutions based on autonomic nervous system stability.

Fine Tree Global Institute is an integrated healthcare organization that integrates clinical treatment areas such as acupuncture, neurostimulation, and pain management with education and training programs. Drawing on clinical experience, the organization has developed an operational model encompassing education, certification, and clinical application, and maintains a diverse network of clinical institutions across the United States.

Under this agreement, the two companies will apply Stresssolution's HRV-based stress diagnostic technology and personalized sound solution, Healing Beat, to clinical and educational environments in the United States operated and operated by Fine Tree. Through this collaboration, the two companies will jointly verify clinical applicability and develop a center-based operational model, along with an education and validation model, to gradually pursue mid- to long-term commercialization.

As part of their collaboration, the two companies will also establish a digital healthcare experiential showroom in the Los Angeles area. This space will be designed to allow users to experience integrated solutions, from HRV-based stress assessments to autonomic nervous system stabilization sound interventions, in a real-world environment. Through this space, they plan to examine service operation methods and applicability in the US clinical environment and use it as a base for future expansion of clinical institutions and global partnerships.

Stress Solutions combines diagnostic technology that quantitatively analyzes the state of the autonomic nervous system with real-time sound solutions based on the analysis results, validating its applicability and operational feasibility in clinical settings. Fine Tree will support pilot operations centered on affiliated clinical and educational sites, providing feedback based on user responses and empirical data.

Following the MOU signing, the two companies will install digital healthcare equipment and conduct phased pilot operations, focusing on clinical institutions designated by Fine Tree. Through this, they aim to jointly develop a stress management and autonomic nervous system stabilization service model suitable for the US clinical environment.
