Your Planner (CEO Jang Woo-hong), a beauty and commerce solution company that supports the global expansion of K-beauty brands, announced on the 10th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Link2 (CEO Lee Jeong-haeng), a Vietnamese AI influencer commerce platform company, to advance into the Vietnamese and ASEAN markets.
The signing ceremony took place at Linktu's headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and key representatives from both companies shared specific strategies and a roadmap for expanding K-beauty's influence in the ASEAN market. This collaboration aims to overcome the limitations of existing influencer marketing in Vietnam and, by incorporating AI technology, establish a new commerce standard that directly leads to actual purchases and sales.
The agreement includes collaboration on AI-based content and influencer commerce, support for K-beauty brands entering the Vietnam and ASEAN markets, and enhanced marketing based on sales data. Specifically, the two companies plan to focus on transforming influencers from mere promotional tools into "professional sales sellers," enabling brands to secure tangible sales performance and repeat purchase data.
Link2, a commerce tech company founded in Vietnam in 2024, leverages AI technology to integrate the entire commerce process, including product recommendations, group buying, dedicated shopping mall operations, and settlements, into a single platform. This approach eliminates the opacity of traditional affiliate marketing and expands its presence in the local e-commerce market.
YourPlanner is an integrated solutions company that supports the entire ASEAN market entry process for K-beauty brands, leveraging the platform business experience of CEO Jang Woo-hong, former CEO of SK Communications. The company serves as a local branch, providing market analysis, licensing, and wholesale network development, while also providing domestic companies with a transparent distribution structure and pricing policy.
The two companies plan to create synergy by combining YourPlanner's localization strategy and distribution infrastructure with Link2's AI technology. YourPlanner will identify brands with proven marketability and develop strategies, while Link2 will establish a collaborative system that translates into tangible sales through AI-based influencer matching and sales systems.
