Tomato System announced on the 10th that it signed a 'MOU for AI and data-based university information system innovation' at the Jeonbuk National University Seoul office with key officials including Jeonbuk National University President Yang Oh-bong and Tomato System CEO Cho Gil-ju in attendance.

This agreement was created to accelerate the digital transformation of university information systems, leveraging the technological prowess and system construction and operation expertise accumulated by both institutions, and to establish a cooperative system that takes into account future expansion into both domestic and overseas markets.

The core of the agreement is to strengthen the competitiveness of the university's information system in response to the rapidly changing IT environment and shifting educational paradigms, and to implement an AI- and data-driven intelligent campus. This strategy aims to enhance the efficiency of academic and administrative tasks, advance data-driven decision-making systems, and enhance the overall competitiveness of university operations.

According to the agreement, the two sides plan to strengthen cooperation in various areas, including ▲exchange of university information system technology and operational experience, ▲joint planning for next-generation digital transformation, ▲AI and data-based university administrative innovation, and ▲discovery of education, research, and demonstration projects.

Furthermore, going beyond simple system construction, the plan is to combine Jeonbuk National University's administrative operation know-how with Tomato System's technological prowess to jointly develop a standardized university information model applicable to universities both domestically and internationally, and to explore ways to expand this model into overseas markets.
