Kibo appoints Yoo Cheol-geun as new auditor

The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as "Korea Technology Finance Corporation") announced on Wednesday, the 11th, that Yu Cheol-geun has been appointed as its new auditor. Yu Cheol-geun's term of office is two years, until February 10, 2028.

The newly appointed auditor, Yoo Cheol-geun, was born in 1957. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and completed the master's program at Kyung Hee University's Graduate School of Business. As a certified public accountant, he served as an auditor for the Roh Moo-hyun Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gyeonggi Province Economic and Science Promotion Agency, and as an auditor for Changhae Ethanol Co., Ltd.

The auditors of the Korea Institute of Public Administration are appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Minister of Strategy and Finance after multiple recommendations by the Executive Recommendation Committee and deliberation and resolution by the Public Institution Management Committee in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.
