Innogrid (CEO Myungjin Kim), a cloud computing and AI infrastructure specialist, announced on the 11th that it has signed a business agreement with QAI (CEO Seman Lim), a quantum AI specialist, to lead the quantum and AI data center market.
The signing ceremony was held at the Innogrid headquarters on the 10th, and was attended by key officials from both companies, including Innogrid CEO Myungjin Kim, Executive Director Hongjin Kim, Executive Director Seunghan Seon, QAI CEO Seman Lim, Vice Chairman Seonghun Choi, and Director Dongwoo Hwang.
This agreement was pursued to establish a strategic cooperation system centered on the construction and operation of quantum and AI data center infrastructure. The two companies plan to collaborate in various areas, including data center operation, infrastructure application, and joint business development, establishing a sustainable partnership model.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will gradually promote ▲construction and operation of a quantum/AI data center ▲discovery of joint projects based on data center infrastructure ▲planning and development of joint services for Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) ▲construction and operation of QCaaS and related service infrastructure.
Kim Myeong-jin, CEO of Innogrid, said, "Leveraging Innogrid's experience in data center construction and MSP operations, we will create an environment where domestic companies can easily adopt and utilize quantum computing." Lim Se-man, CEO of QAI, stated, "This collaboration serves as a starting point for expanding quantum computing technology into data centers and cloud-based services, contributing to the expansion of the domestic quantum industry ecosystem."
InnoGrid began developing quantum cloud services last year by signing a business agreement with SDT, a quantum standard technology specialist, and is accelerating the acquisition of future core technologies and the creation of a quantum ecosystem by building a quantum cloud center, "Quantum Square," based on its unique cloud technology.
