Bespin Global publishes a case study highlighting the success of AI adoption in public institutions.

Bespin Global, an AI service and solutions company, announced that it has published a 'Public Institution AI Introduction Casebook' containing the achievements and application cases of artificial intelligence (AI) introduction in public institutions.

This casebook was planned in line with the growing trend of generative AI adoption in the public sector, and summarizes AI utilization cases and administrative innovation achievements of major public institutions, including the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education, Seoul Tourism Foundation, Seongdong-gu Office, and National Pension Service.

A representative example was the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's "Everyone's Plaza" project, a public communication platform. Built on Bespin Global's HelpNow agentic AI platform, the platform automatically summarized and categorized 1.81 million citizen opinions received over two months, some of which were adopted as actual policy agendas. A key feature of this platform is that it streamlines the previously manual review process by having LLM-based AI agents process large amounts of unstructured data.

In addition, the platform includes application cases in various administrative fields, including education, tourism, and civil affairs. The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education leveraged multiple AI agents designed by teachers to create customized teaching and learning content and automate administrative tasks. The Seoul Tourism Foundation, meanwhile, enhanced its response system for international tourists with a multilingual guidance service utilizing multimodal RAG technology.

Seongdong-gu Office has improved the speed of consultation response since introducing an AI-powered civil complaint guidance chatbot, and the National Pension Service has improved consultation accuracy by establishing an AI-based knowledge management system that reflects system changes in real time.

Through its case study, Bespin Global analyzed the challenges public institutions face in the process of adopting AI, including infrastructure construction, data security, and operational stability. The company then presented an agentic AI architecture as an alternative that can secure scalability while meeting public cloud security standards.

A Bespin Global official stated, “The introduction of AI in the public sector is gradually becoming an essential task,” and added, “We hope that this case study will serve as a reference for public institutions to introduce and operate AI stably.”
