Hunet selected as operator of the government-funded training program "HRD Archive" for small and medium-sized enterprises for five consecutive years.

Hunet (CEO Youngtak Cho), a corporate training company, announced on the 11th that it has been selected to operate the "Digital Remote Training Archive (HRD Archive)," a government-funded training program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Hunet ranked first in the number of cumulative learners, marking the fifth consecutive year it has been selected as the operator.

The "HRD Archive" is a training subsidy program implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to promote training for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). When a company and an educational institution sign a service agreement, employees can freely access training content on a subscription basis. Training worth 140,000 won per employee is provided, and if the required training requirements are met, the government subsidizes 80-90% of the training costs, depending on the company's size.

Hunet's HRD archive features over 8,500 popular training content, including job and career training, AI, leadership, trends, and language skills. The average satisfaction rating for content is 4.6 out of 5. Hunet also operates a dedicated team for small and medium-sized businesses, offering customized training consulting tailored to the size and nature of the business.

Hunet's operational capabilities and achievements were recognized, winning the "Best Story Award" in 2024 and the "Encouragement Award" in the General Content category in the HRD Archive Best Practices Discovery Contest in 2025. Students praised the program, saying, "The lectures are updated frequently and can be applied directly to real-world situations," and "It's great to be able to take short-form courses without the burden of commuting." Company representatives expressed satisfaction, saying, "We're satisfied with the government's support for providing both education and welfare," and "The subscription-based learning model has increased employee engagement."
