The wealthy salaried worker investment platform (CEO Lee Jeong-hwan) announced that the cumulative transaction amount of its proptech solution, ‘Save Me My Home,’ has exceeded 116.4 billion won.
"Save Me My Home" offers a personalized real estate brokerage experience based on a customer's asset size, area of interest, preferred floor plan, and on-site visit history. It is also the first in Korea to offer a brokerage fee payment system that integrates credit cards and simple payment. Customers can enjoy a one-stop service, from initial consultations to property search, on-site visits, contract signing, and payment, all on a single platform.
The Salaried Millionaires rapidly expanded their new business based on customer data on homebuying. As of January 2026, the cumulative transaction volume for Save Me a Home reached 116.4 billion won, achieving this figure in just six months since the beta launch in August of last year. During the same period, transaction volume increased 10.8-fold, and the number of contracts increased 13-fold.
Service stability has also improved. Last month, the average transaction period was 21 days, with most customers concluding a contract within three weeks of applying. The average monthly contract conversion rate over the past three months has been 52.5%, exceeding the industry average, generating approximately 19.4 billion won in transactions per licensed real estate agent.
Salaried workers have built IT-based back offices to automate more than 60% of repetitive tasks, such as creating briefing materials, issuing and verifying documents, and managing forestry schedules, thereby increasing operational efficiency.
Lee Jeong-hwan, CEO of Salaryman Rich, said, “We plan to continue to improve our solutions to provide differentiated standards in the homeownership market,” and added, “We will pursue various initiatives in the future, including developing a B2B SaaS for certified real estate agents.”
