Dudlin Provides "Greeting," a Recruitment Management Solution, to InterX

Dudlin Co., Ltd. (CEO Tae-gyu Lee) announced on the 11th that it will provide its recruitment management solution ‘Greeting’ to autonomous manufacturing specialist InterX (CEO Jeong-yoon Park).

Greeting is a recruitment management system that supports the integrated management of various recruitment methods, including open recruitment, rolling recruitment, talent sourcing, and referral recruitment, all within a single solution. Currently, over 10,000 companies are using it.

InterX is an AI solutions company driving AX in the manufacturing industry. It provides manufacturing process optimization and autonomous manufacturing operation services based on AI technology and big data. It aims to be listed on KOSDAQ this year and recently passed a technology assessment.

InterX operates a "TA 3.0" team that proactively anticipates and recruits talent based on business needs. The company claims it hired approximately 140 people over the past year, reducing per-person hiring costs by 73%.

With the introduction of this greeting, InterX can now integrate and manage applicant information from various recruitment platforms into a single system. This will enable InterX to efficiently manage recruitment lead times and costs, and systematically manage human resource data in the industrial AI field.

InterX operates a "15-minute screening call" during the interview phase and plans to utilize Greeting's automated scheduling feature to manage interview schedules more efficiently. The calendar integration feature allows candidates to share and coordinate schedules via email or KakaoTalk.

Furthermore, InterX plans to leverage its recruitment data analysis capabilities to analyze data such as applicant numbers by recruitment channel and recruitment time for each job posting, and develop a sophisticated recruitment strategy based on this data. InterX plans to hire a large number of POs this year to support its new business initiatives.

InterX officials said they will expand their network of collaborations with HR professionals on recruitment strategies and the process of establishing a TA system.
